Key facts:

- Led OS engineering for Meadow.OS (Wilderness Labs, 2020–present, Boston): a production embedded operating system that brings .NET to microcontrollers. Ported the Mono runtime to STM32/NuttX, built full-system OTA update infrastructure, co-designed the .NET low-level I/O API.
- Mono runtime core team (Xamarin, then Microsoft via the 2016 acquisition, 2014–2020, Boston): SGen garbage collector improvements, crash-reporting machinery, CoreFX I/O ports, and bockbuild — the build/packaging system behind the Mono macOS SDK.
- Bioinformatician & software engineer (TGen, 2009–2014, Phoenix): designed a Bayesian somatic-mutation-detection method and wrote Seurat, its open-source implementation (first-author paper, BMC Genomics 2013). Contributed to the 1000 Genomes Project pilot (Nature 2010). Co-author on 41+ peer-reviewed papers with 11,000+ citations.
